Hi, I’m Jane, a therapist offering private therapy online and in Wolverhampton. I work integratively, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I listen, I’m real with you, and we work together at your pace. Therapy with me isn’t clinical or cold, it’s human. It’s a space where you can explore what you’re carrying without judgement or pressure.

I believe we all have the capacity to heal and grow with the right support - you don’t have to do it alone.

I am in the final stage of my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (finalising research) and I am working toward BACP registration (due in January 2026)

I have experience in NHS mental health services, substance misuse services and community therapy supporting people through complex emotional and life experiences. My work is trauma-informed, compassionate and grounded in psychological understanding.

What to expect in your first session?

In our first session, I’ll ask a few gentle questions to get to know you, your history, and what you would like from therapy. From there, we’ll build a therapeutic plan together based on your goals. My approach is collaborative — I offer both space for reflection and practical tools where helpful. This is your time, and the work will always move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Number of sessions and frequency will be agreed mutually, based around your needs.

You are welcome to continue therapy for as long as it is helpful - some people come for a few weeks, others prefer longer-term work.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment will be due on the day of your session.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

Please note, a 48 hours cancellation policy applies — missed sessions are charged in full.
